Pricing
You've seen the work. Here's the arithmetic.
Two things, priced plainly: the rebuild that fixes the gap, and the monthly plan that keeps customers coming. The demo is free either way — that part never changes.
The Rebuild
The site you saw at the demo link, made yours: launched on your domain, with your feedback folded in.
- Complete site — designed and written for your trade
- Your real reviews, photos, and story, sourced and checked
- Fast on a phone, where your customers actually are
- Booking or quote-request flows that get used
- Local SEO groundwork: schema, maps, service pages
- Launched on your domain, zero downtime
The Care Plan
Hosting is the smallest part. The plan keeps the site earning: lead capture around the clock, reviews asked for while the job is still fresh.
- Hosting, updates, and same-day fixes
- Google Business Profile kept accurate and active
- Chat and booking assistant that answers from your real prices and hours
- After-job review requests by text
- Missed calls get an instant text back
- A monthly report with real numbers: calls, leads, rankings
The Care Plan, in three sizes
Start where it makes sense; upgrade or cancel anytime. Every tier includes hosting — the plan is about what the site does for you after launch.

Fair questions
You built a site for my business before I paid anything. What's the catch?
No catch — it's how we'd want to be sold to. We only build for businesses we're confident we can help, so the finished site is the pitch. If you don't want it, we archive it and part friends.
What happens to my current site and domain?
You keep your domain — the new site launches on it with zero downtime. If you don't own your domain, we help you get it back before anything else. It's yours; that part isn't negotiable.
Why pay monthly?
Hosting alone is a utility bill, and we'd rather earn the invoice. The plan covers the things that bring jobs in: lead capture around the clock, review requests after every job, your Google profile kept accurate. The monthly report shows the numbers.
How long until the site is on my domain?
The demo you saw is already built. From “yes” to live on your domain, plan on one to two weeks: your corrections, your photos if you have better ones, then launch.
Do you work outside Seattle?
Greater Seattle is home and focus. Nearby, ask — worst case we point you to someone good.
Who am I dealing with?
One person, in Seattle. The person who built the demo is the person who answers the email and the person who looks after the site. No account managers.
